Terms of Order

- There is a possibility that the Code will arrive with a considerable delay;

Please be advised that used codes are not returnable or exchangeable for cash.
The User must specifically notify us of their intention to terminate the Agreement in order to be eligible for termination. We will use the available lines of communication to send you a confirmation of receipt as soon as we receive a pertinent request.
In this case, if the User has a valid reason to want reimbursement for an unused coupon and expresses that desire within two weeks of the purchase, they are permitted by these Terms to request a refund. If so, they will receive payment for the Code's purchase within 14 days of contacting us to request a refund or a discount. The User's chosen payment method is then used to send the refund.
Agreement Termination by GameRow
Anytime this Agreement is canceled, you will receive an email alerting you of the change. You acknowledge that none of us may cancel this Agreement in line with its terms without a court order. A termination of this kind could occur in the following circumstances:
- GameRow observed a violation of any clause in these terms;
- GameRow cannot receive the payment after sending a confirmation email.
Even if we terminate this Agreement, you are still responsible for paying us any money outstanding. Your GameRow account, Code access, and GameRow access could all be deleted at any time without warning. For a term to be enforceable, it must remain in force even after the contract has ended.
Codes and Content
You are entitled to codes that are of reasonable quality and supported by the proper documentation. Although we make every effort to ensure that the codes are error-free and contain no potentially dangerous content, we are unable to guarantee that they will work with the specific device configuration you have.
The relevant Content must be viewed in accordance with these Terms after obtaining the Code. Although the developer permits users to use the Content in compliance with the relevant EULA (End-User License Agreement), they do not have any ownership rights over it. Other rights that are not specifically given to the User in these Terms may also apply, with the exception of ownership of the downloaded Content.
Since the Code you have purchased is only intended for personal, non-commercial use, you are responsible for following local regulations. The User is not permitted to alter the Content, get its components, distribute it to other parties for profit, or remove or alter any markings that identify the Content's owner.
Terms of Purchase
Please verify all codes you have bought from GameRow as soon as they are available, and notify us right away if you discover any errors. Depending on what happens, we might change the Code or offer compensation.

Abdication of Liability
